Agreement to Terms
By accessing nashvillepackersandmovers.com or booking moving services with Nashville Packers and Movers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Nashville Packers and Movers provides professional moving services including local moving, long-distance and interstate moving, residential and commercial moving, packing and unpacking services, and short-term and long-term storage solutions. All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a Nashville Packers and Movers representative.
Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are estimates and subject to change based on the actual scope of the move
- Hourly rates apply to local moves with stated minimum hours
- Long-distance moves are priced on a flat-rate basis confirmed prior to the move
- Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carries, specialty items, or changes made on moving day
- A detailed written or verbal estimate will be provided before services begin
Booking and Cancellations
We request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Nashville Packers and Movers reserves the right to reschedule in cases of extreme weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Liability and Claims
Nashville Packers and Movers carries standard liability coverage on all moves. Basic valuation coverage is included at $0.60 per pound per item. Full value protection upgrades are available upon request prior to your move. Claims for damaged or lost items must be reported in writing within 30 days of delivery.
Prohibited Items
Nashville Packers and Movers will not transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, chemicals, live plants or animals, perishable food items, cash, or illegal substances.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, and check. Nashville Packers and Movers reserves the right to hold items until full payment is received.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
